Way 1. Sync Contacts Manually

Step 1. First, you need a computer. Then, go to the website www.icloud.com via your browser on computer. Input the iCould ID and password so that you can log in your iCloud account.
Step 2. On the homepage, find the option saying “Contacts”, and click on it.
